Deficiency Symptoms

• Growth of young leaves restricted giving a rosette appearance. 
• The pod development is affected resulting in the production of ‘pop’ pods. 
• Stems may split.
• Pods show hollow heart and discoloration

Correction Measures

• Foliar application of 0.3% boric acid (3g/lit) two times at 15 days intervals.
• Soil application of Borax 10 kg/ha
