Deficiency Symptoms

• Deficiency will appear one month after seed germination
• Yellowish smaller leaves, veins remain green in colour, while the Interveinal areas become yellow and die prematurely
• Stunted growth

• Application of basal dose of 25 kg per ha ZnSO₄ or foliar spray of 0.5% ZnSO₄ (5g/lit) during 20, 30 and 40 DAS
