In severe cases infected plants found dead.

Seed treatment with dimethoate (or) imidacloprid @5ml/kg.

Rogue out the infected plants up to 45 days.

Border croping with 7 rows of sorghum or maize.

Installing yellow sticky trap @ 15nos/ha.

Spraying Imidacloprid @ 0.05% twice at 15 days interval.
