Pakoda From Palm Tuber Flour |

Onion (chopped) |

Based on the sensory evaluation, pakoda prepared from 20 per cent incorporation of palm tuber flour was highly acceptable.
Method:
- Add all the ingredients and water to the flour and make it into thick dough.
- Deep fry the dough in different shapes in hot oil.
- Serve hot.
