Th.T.Siva is a diploma Engineer in Computer Science. He worked in Dubai from the year 2000-2010 for 10 years. He earned Rs.18,000/- per month as a salary. He returned to India 2010 and started farming with available 3.5 acre land. He attended trainings at KVK, Ramanathapuram regarding Integrated Pest Management for vegetables, coconut tree management, production of vermicompost, integrated farming system and azolla cultivation.

From 2012 onwards he started cultivation by using scientific technologies. He has 25 Tall X Short trees. He harvested 6 times in a year and get 3000 nuts from the 25 trees sold Rs.8 / nut. He cultivated Guinea grass in the available space in the coconut grooves. He kept bee hives in the coconut & mango garden to increase pollination and sold the honey for Rs.10,000 per year.

He has mango orchard for 80cents. He cultivated green in the available space. In a year he earned Rs.12,000 / year from greens cultivation. He cultivated maize in 80 cents. In this he earns Rs.1080 / year.

 He cultivated seasoned pandhal vegetables in 70 cents. Year around in vegetable cultivation he earns Rs.4650/ month.

He is an organic farmers and doing Integrated Farming system in his land. He has 2 local breed cows, 16 local breed goats, 10 turkeys, 50 hens and 10 cocks. In this he is getting Rs.60,000 / year .

He has one farm pond in his farm. In the farm pond he rears fish. From fish production he earns Rs.10,000 / year.
